We have had an excellent experience with Grand Strand Equine and Dr. Elizabeth. She is extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and genuinely cares about the horses she treats. Dr. Elizabeth takes the time to explain everything clearly, discusses options honestly, and never makes you feel rushed. Her calm, confident approach puts both horse and owner at ease. The level of professionalism, responsiveness, and compassion provided by Grand Strand Equine is outstanding. We had are boy odis great perianese that had a very aggressive cancer. Called them when he was not able to walk on his front leg any more. They came out the next day and put him down. Very professional every thing went smoothly. He will be greatly missed. They care about your pet. Thanks again.

Dr. Elizabeth and her team are wonderful! I help out around a few different farms and have personally seen her skill set for many different procedures including severe colics, choking episodes, diagnosing underlying issues, suturing bad wounds and so much more. There's been many situations where I'm able to text a video or photo and they can either walk me through what I need to do or come out and help my horse in need. A lot of people seem to have an issue with this veterinarian practice because of the requirement of an annual wellness check. It seems pointless when you believe your horse is healthy, but you don't know what you don't know. It's not fair to the vets when you only call them if your horse is so far in an emergency. Let them look over your horse, maybe they're able to prevent something that you couldn't predict. Thank you for all that you do.
